ABOUT

Konto is a project born from the meeting of complementary skills in the fields of technology, healthcare, research and strategic consulting.

Four entities united by a common vision: to make digital health accessible, safe and person-centered.

RigenerAI develops advanced technology solutions for digital health, integrating artificial intelligence, data science and information systems expertise to support clinical and organizational processes.

The project is the result of a structured collaboration between Easytech SpA, the European Foundation for Biomedical Research (FERB) and the university departments of the Polytechnic University of Bari and the University of Bergamo, with the aim of transferring academic research results into concrete applications for the healthcare system.

The collaboration with Bari Polytechnic University integrates expertise in systems engineering, data analytics and healthcare management to accelerate the development and validation of AI solutions in real-world clinical settings.

Activities include coordination with regional health institutions, collection and analysis of anonymized health data, and on-site testing of RigenerAI solutions in their various functionalities and modular components.

The goal is to support the field validation of artificial intelligence models for clinical information classification and decision support in health care, fostering their operational adoption.

EasytechGroup was founded in 2006 in Bergamo with the founding of Easytech by three young IT consultants with experience in enterprise-level companies, with the goal of supporting companies in their digital transformation.

Over the years, the Group has strengthened its presence by expanding its offerings in key areas such as systems consulting, IT infrastructure, IT security, custom software and app development, web development, digital marketing, and ERP consulting. This path was facilitated by the birth in 2015 of Nexapp and the subsequent integration of specialized entities such as Skianet, EDP Answer and, more recently, MP System.

Thanks to this continued growth, EasytechGroup is now a partner of choice for companies that want to innovate and stand out in a rapidly changing technology market.

The collaboration with the University of Bergamo is developed as part of the Digital Health Lab on the Dalmine Engineering Campus and involves the Department of Management, Information and Industrial Production Engineering. Activities integrate data science, artificial intelligence and medical-clinical expertise to support the design of digital health solutions, with a focus on data governance, regulatory compliance and integration into clinical-organizational processes.

The emergency-emergency and medical list management contexts, which are among the center’s main areas of expertise, are central areas of analysis and experimentation, as they enable critical operational and decision-making issues relevant to the functioning of health systems and their digital evolution to be addressed.

Activities are developed consistent with key regulatory and policy frameworks, including AI Act, European Health Data Space (EHDS), and GDPR, as well as WHO recommendations on list management and access to care, guiding the design of models, information flows, and decision support tools applicable in real-world settings.
